Keith worked for Control Data Corporation in Bloomiginton, MN as a Tax Accountant and
Coordinator of Corporate Tax Equalization Policy beginning in 1969. Keith created plans
for Control Data Corp. employees working overseas to equalize their income tax, as if
they were working in the United States. Keith then moved on to Schwan's Sales
Enterprises, Inc. in Marshall, MN in 1974. At Schwan's Keith was a tax accountant,
manager and administrator of corporate payroll, filed federal and state payroll returns,
prepared income taxes, and coordinated the corporate profit sharing plan. In 1983 Keith
founded Hempel Income Tax Service, Inc. and continues to prepare taxes among other
roles to the present.

Tobin began his professional career with U.S. Bancorp as an intern with the U.S
Bancorp properties accounting department. Tobin then continued to work at U.S.
Bancorp in the finance department after graduating from Hamline University in the
spring of 1999. In the fall of 2000 Tobin moved on to the Best Buy Co. properties
accounting department as a Staff Accountant. In January of 2002 Tobin began working
at Hempel Income Tax Service, Inc. as a part time Tax Preparer. In January of 2004
Tobin became a full time Tax Preparer, among other roles, and continues to do so to the
present.
